I have been really working hard to get rid of the post marital, all by myself so I don't like to cook, wieght gain. Ever since David has left (which it seems like forever but it was only May 30) I have worked out everyday, EVERYDAY. And I have been eating so much healthier. Seriously, I have been so good.
And and have I lost any weight you ask? No NO NO NO!
So I am mad. Meredith says she won't let me quit but I am totally feeling the itch to just get some icecream or lots of yummy, cheesy, food that I want SO BAD.
I am just mad. Really just sad.

see.

ANalee,
Your face looks thinner in your picture.
I have been going to weight watchers for about 10 or 11 weeks and have lost four, yes four pounds. I estimate I am paying about 50 dollars a pound to ww. Uggggh!
But, when I hit bottom, not figuratively, but weight loss-wise, I consider my options.
1. Eat everything I can think of forever, and grow into the largest woman in the world and get my picture in National Enquirer,
2.Have a candy bar---ONE---and keep eating more wisely and one day, it has to show. We are going on a trip to the British Virgin Islands the last part of July, so I try to keep that in mind and picture 4 lbs of butter off of my thighs. Of course, I don't think the 4 lbs. came off quite like that, but it is a pleasant visualization. Have a great day!

The trainer I met at 24 last summer (I only went 3 x) said it takes a couple of weeks to start losing weight because you are building muscle. SO you may in fact be changing the f-a-t to calorie burning muscle. Keep up the workout and healthy eating and I promise in weeks to come the lbs will come off. :)
