Well I did not get washed away, just my creativity and my Internet service.
I don't have a whole lot to say. Just that I am keeping busy with all kinds of boring cleaning, sorting and packing.
During our big storm, David was in San Diego, and of course it was sunny and perfect as usual. No that isn't annoying at all.
I am fully ready to leave. Not that it has been a horrible place because it hasn't at all, neither has the Navy. I don't hate it, I am just ready to move on, and get out before the horrible winter really gets going.
Military life is not easy, it is a difficult challenge daily. The men all live, work, eat and play together, so they get tired of each other. Us wives have to depend on each other because we are all alone up here, several of the women have kids. It becomes difficult to know who to trust and disappointing when you learn you trusted the wrong ones. I will be happy when we can have civilian friends.
The kitties have one more month till they go to live at Grammy and Grandpa's in Houston! I am going to miss them soooooooooooooooooooo much. We are busy giving hugs and kisses to last a month apart.
Ahhh and it started to rain again. What wonderful weather this place has.

Analee,
I have started getting in the habit of watching the weather report in the Pacific northwest, because of you. I can't believe how much rain ya'll are getting and it seems every time I watch they say, "there is another band of rain coming in". I think it is even worse than the rainy season in Houston. Sounds like some friends have let you down. That is always a hard thing to go through, no matter what your age. Don't let your creativity get washed awaY! That is too valuable a treasure to loose. Do one little bitty creative thing today, a baby step, and maybe it will encourage you to do more tommorrow.

Showers of Blessings. Maybe the showers can be seen as blessing you with lots of indoor time to pack and get ready to move back to the beautiful state of Texas! I am looking forward to the move and my little kitties coming!
Love, Mom
